The Aldaniti Court development in Guisborough represents a significant milestone in North Yorkshire’s senior living infrastructure. Comprising 83 high-specification units—including 71 luxury apartments and 12 bungalows—this Extra Care scheme required a photographic approach that matched its architectural ambition.
As a commercial photographer, my goal was to move beyond the standard 'finished building' shot. I focused on the tangible quality of the build, from the precision-fitted communal facilities like the hair salon and bistro to the sustainable biodiversity features such as the 'hedgehog highways' and bee bricks.
